Your ad dashboard shows a ROAS of 4x. What does that actually mean?
Answer: Orders worth ₹4 were placed for every ₹1 on ads. ROAS counts the value of orders placed, before product cost, shipping, fees and returns. A 4x ROAS can still lose money.
-
What is RTO?
Answer: A parcel that is shipped but comes back undelivered. Return to Origin. You pay to ship it out and to bring it back, and you get no money for it.
-
Why do COD orders come back far more often than prepaid ones?
Answer: Refusing costs the buyer nothing, because they have not paid yet. With nothing paid, changing your mind at the door is free. That is why confirming COD orders before dispatch works so well.

5,000 people visit your store this week and 2% of them buy. How many orders is that?
Answer: 100. 2% of 5,000 is 100. Small changes in conversion rate move a lot of orders when traffic is paid for.

What is average order value (AOV)?
Answer: Total sales divided by the number of orders. A higher AOV spreads fixed costs like shipping and the ad click over more rupees, which is why bundles help.
